256a22663d Turn off/on wifi to correspond with hotspot 
Add logic to act the same way Settings does.  Without this sometimes
wifi is in the wrong state (on) and the hotspot wont turn on.

e0640dd524 Allow closing the whole panel when QS is open 
If the user drags below the notifications, we close everything. Only
implemented for the SHADE, and not on Keyguard because of
time constraints.

75847b98f3 Add display metadata and change strings to CharSequences 
This adds some fields for display purposes to MediaMetadata and also
makes the default for all text CharSequence instead of String. Also
adds a hidden method for getting a Description for the metadata.

fe0f24cc92 Wipe only managed profile when max number of incorrect passwords exceeded 
When the maximum number of retries that has been exceeded is not for the primary profile of the user, wipe only the profile that set that policy (e.g. the managed profile) rather than the entire user. At the moment the whole device is wiped if the max number of incorrect passwords for a managed profile is reached, as the password is shared with the USER_OWNER.

7e6809ad64 Common shade width across devices. 
Use 400dp as the visual width of the shade across all devices
and orientations, except small device portrait.

Since the width is now dynamic across orientations, update the
necessary views in SystemUI on rotate.

Remove obsolete styles + resources.

Set max QS columns to 3 on all devices, due to the newer shade
width.
