acf8474b68 Don't enforce broadcast timeouts for PRE_BOOT_COMPLETED broadcasts. 
They're designed to handle one time upgrade code, which may
take a significant amount of time. Third party code cannot
receive this broadcast so the timing should be able to be
kept under control.

2be352adab added the notion of fixed-size buffers 
the new native_window_set_buffers_geometry allows
to specify a size and format for all buffers to be
dequeued. the buffer will be scalled to the window's
size.

57d89899c9 fix a bug when reallocating a window's buffers is needed 
we need to mark the buffers that need to be reallocated,
NOT the buffer's indices.

01ac80b715 Add Geocorder.isImplemented() 
The Geocorder interface is not part of the Android core.  It
requires a backend service which may or may not be available
on a device.  The new isImplemented static method allows
apps to discover whether the Geocorder is in fact available
on the device.
