54bb1596e4 Add NonNull and Nullable annotations to AndroidKeyStore API. 
This is to enable Android Lint and Android Studio to flag nullness
issues at compile time.

42f6528b98 New KeyChain API for application access to keystore credentials 
The KeyChain API is Currently in use by Browser and validated by Email
for client certificate authentication.
