56c2d337e0 Fix bug 3067895 - Popup menus clip to container windows 
ListPopupWindows will now move to fit within the screen, but will not
be constrained by their parent windows.

86f6786032 Move the volume, media, call, camera and search key handling from 
PhoneWindow to a new PhoneFallbackEventHandler class that is used
for all windows, not just ones with decors.

o changed a comment about the rotation orientation from counter-clockwise

65a73f4e8c Rotation support 
- We only support 0, 90, 180, and 270 degree clockwise rotation

- Some players are known to ignore composition matrix in the MP4 file,
  although this is part of the MP4 file standard.
  Both QT and YT are supporting the rotation

ec6ac82a29 Fix 3165868: Fix stall in state machine logic in WaveView 
It was possible for the state machine to get stuck when
user interaction and animations both completed before success
was detected.  This fixes the problem by explicitly advancing
the state machine when an up event is detected.

06e6630a46 Restore user-accessible lights-out control. 
Current system area gestures:

       tap - no-op (bug 3114340)
  swipe up - open system panel
swipe down - lights out
long press - lights out (bug 3134973)

The enter/exit animations have been tweaked to reinforce
this, particularly the swipe down for lights out. (Swiping
up to exit lights out will work, as will any kind of tap in
the lights-out "curtain".)
