2e648e1ed2 Don't clear the pattern when window focus changes. 
This is no longer required since we now clear the pattern field
when showing the bouncer.

Fixes bug 14622312

2042ef2390 Keep QS header appearance and unlock icon in SHADE_LOCKED. 
Also goes to shade locked when the user doesn't have a security
pattern at all, to keep the appearance as close as possible
when expanding a notification.

147b4d75e1 Adding device name 
A new global settings to name a device. This will centralize the notion
of device name/nickname and should be used by Cast, Bluetooth, TV Remote and other
advertising applications/services.

aef7cc77a8 Don't clear the password field when window focus changes. 
This is no longer required since we now clear the password field
when showing the bouncer.  The code used to clear it because
keyguard was relatively static and we didn't want to keep the
password around through an interruption like a phone call or
launching the camera.

Fixes bug 14622312
