7e89a679d9 Allow sensor hal to connect to CHRE HAL 
These policies are required to let DropDetect and IpHeath communicate
with CHRE HAL directly after CHRE multiclient HAL is enabled.

Bug: 324316275
Test: Trigger drop detection and observed corresponding logs
  are generated.

35e5021597 Update common chre sepolicy for socket connection 
With multiclient HAL, the socket server domain changes from chre to
hal_contexthub_default.

Bug: 248615564
Test: updated the sepolicies and observed that avc violation logs
      disappears.
